E’ un po’ la seconda fase del 2.0, in cui la distinzione tra social media e siti tradizionali va sfumando, fino a che tutto il web sarà interamente 2.0 . Pur con tutte le problematiche in aumento di privacy e di posizioni oligopolistiche credo che ne verranno fuori più opportunità che danni,sia per gli utenti/clienti che per le aziende.
